Evidence-Based Support for the
'Why Is This So Hard?' Moments

ADHD isn’t just about struggling with focus or productivity — it’s about living in a world that often doesn’t fit the natural rhythm of your brain. It can affect how you see yourself, connect with others, and show up in everyday life.

Maybe you find it hard to start tasks, lose time overthinking, juggle parenting or a demanding job, or are trying to make sense of a recent ADHD diagnosis. You’re not alone, and you’re definitely not broken.

I offer counseling for adults with ADHD, including students, professionals, couples, parents, and those who were diagnosed later in life. Together, we’ll focus on practical tools to handle everyday challenges, as well as the deeper emotional experiences that often go unspoken.

Why Work with Me?

Living with ADHD isn’t just about managing symptoms — it’s about navigating a world that isn’t always built for how your brain works. I get it, because I’ve been there. I know what it’s like to feel misunderstood, to keep climbing uphill, and to wonder if you’ll ever find your rhythm.
