About me

Hi, I’m Ceren — the person behind Neuro Dive.

I’m Dr. Ceren Abacioglu, PhD in psychology from the University of Amsterdam, a registered member of the Dutch Institute of Psychologists, and a certified cognitive behavioral therapist.

My approach is grounded in curiosity, collaboration, and respect for each person’s unique way of thinking and feeling. Over time, my work has naturally deepened in the area of ADHD and neurodiversity, shaped by both professional experience and close listening to clients’ lived realities. However, while ADHD is a significant area of focus in my work, I welcome clients with a wide range of concerns and experiences.

At Neuro Dive, we focus on discovering and amplifying your strengths while building strategies that support your goals and well-being. Together, we can work on cognitive skills like sustaining focus, organizing ideas, and turning big plans into manageable steps, as well as emotional regulation tools such as calming an overactive mind, navigating frustration, or shifting from self-criticism to self-compassion.

I use evidence-based approaches that are informed by broader literature as well as my own research on how factors like culture, gender, and migration background shape well-being. This means our work is always attuned to both your personal experiences and the wider environments you move through.

When I’m not working, you can find me climbing, hiking, salsa dancing, or finding new ways to enjoy the outdoors. And if you’re curious about my academic side, here are some of the degrees I’ve collected along the way that help me help you:
